Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Content Kitchen. By purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. They are designed to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth workflows for our agency partners and their clients.

1. Our Role & Relationship

  • Content Kitchen operates as a white-label back-office creative, development, and video editing team for marketing, branding, and digital agencies.
  • All services are delivered under your agency’s brand.
  • We are responsible for execution and delivery only.
  • Your agency is solely responsible for:
    • End-client communication and approvals
    • Gathering all content, assets, logins, and instructions from your clients
    • Providing final approvals before project completion
  • We hold no direct liability towards your end clients.

2. Working Hours & Communication

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT).
  • Communication via Email, Slack, or ClickUp, as agreed per project.
  • Response time: within 24 business hours.
  • No meetings, deliveries, or support on weekends or Pakistani public holidays unless pre-scheduled for an additional fee.

3. Payments & Invoicing

  • All services require 100% upfront payment, unless otherwise stated.
  • Website projects follow a milestone payment structure (see Website Services section).
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Late payments will pause all work and may incur a $50 late payment fee per week overdue.

4. Agency Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary materials upfront:
    • Complete briefs and instructions
    • Brand guidelines, logos, images, content
    • All required logins and credentials
  • Review and forward deliverables to your clients promptly.
  • Provide consolidated feedback within 2 business days.
  • Ensure end-client approvals are obtained before final delivery.

5. Turnaround Times

  • Timelines begin only after:
    • Full payment is received
    • All required materials and briefs are submitted
  • Delays due to missing or unclear information will extend timelines.
  • We are not liable for missed deadlines due to such delays.

6. Revision Policy

  • Each service includes a set number of free revisions.
  • Revisions must be requested within 2 business days of receiving drafts.
  • Minor revisions: text edits, color tweaks, layout adjustments.
  • Major revisions: concept changes not included; quoted as new tasks.
  • Extra revisions billed at $30/hour.

7. Rush Work & Priority Fees

  • Rush projects incur a fee of 25–50% based on scope and availability.
  • Subject to current workload acceptance.

8. Inactivity, Pausing & Expiry

  • No agency response for 10 business days = project paused.
  • Paused for 30+ days: $100 reactivation fee.
  • Paused for 60+ days: marked as completed, no refund.

9. File Retention & Deletion Policy

  • Download final deliverables within 14 days of project completion.
  • After 14 days: all files permanently deleted. Retrieval not possible.
  • Long-term storage available for a monthly fee.

10. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.
  • We may showcase anonymised versions in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
  • Source files not included unless purchased separately.

11. Confidentiality & White-Label

  • We maintain strict confidentiality of your operations.
  • We will never contact your clients directly.
  • We operate under a white-label NDA approach.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before work begins: full refund.
  • After work starts: partial refund (minus time, admin, and costs).
  • After delivery: no refunds.
  • Cancelled due to inactivity (60+ days): no refunds.

13. Legal

  • Governed by laws of Pakistan and UAE.
  • Disputes resolved in Karachi or Dubai courts.

Graphic Design Services – Specific Terms

  • Requires complete brief, content, and assets upfront.
  • Includes 2 rounds of revisions per design.

Video Editing Services – Specific Terms

  • Short-form (≤60s): 2–3 business days
  • Long-form (podcasts, events): 5–7 business days
  • 1 revision included. Additional billed at $30/hour

Bundles: Use within 60 days. No carryovers or refunds after expiry.

Footage Requirements:

  • Organized, labeled folders with timestamps and notes.
  • Unorganized footage incurs $50/hour review fee.
