For graphic design projects, our delivery times depend upon the type of project we’re working on. Logos with 2-3 concepts, can take 5-9 working days. Complete branding projects can take 2 weeks. 1 social media post can be done the same day. 30 social media posts can take up to 2 weeks. Delivery times for illustrations depend upon the complexity of the art.
For video editing projects, we categorise editing levels in 3 as Basic, Intermediate and Advance edits.
1 reel can be delivered within 24-48 hours.
15 - 30 reels can be delivered in 1-2 weeks, depending upon the level of editing.
Full length podcast + 1 promo + 2 reels can be delivered within 4-6 days.
Delivery times for other types of full length videos can be estimated based on the length and complexity of the edits.
For website projects, a small to mid-sized website in WordPress can take up to 4-6 weeks, given that all the necessary information is provided by the client timely before the start of the project. Missing information and delays in feedback from the client's side can result in delays in delivery.
Enterprise level websites with pages up to 50 or more, or e-commerce websites with large number of projects and integrations can take up to 8-10 weeks.
We provide you with a dedicated account manager for your agency, along with the production team so you know who’s working on what. Unlike other marketing companies, our account managers are the senior designer/editor/developers in our teams. They’re not individuals with business degrees who do not understand production. We believe that our account managers should be able to understand our clients and production teams properly to be able to manage projects in the best way.
